New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Westlight Windows Riverside pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Riverside Team Behind Westlight Windows Riverside
We’re an independently owned and operated Kingswell location here in Riverside, and the people who show up at your door are the same people who answer your questions over the phone. Owen Satterfield has built this crew since 2009 with one rule: hire people who’d do the job right even if nobody was watching. That’s not a slogan. It’s how we avoid callbacks, and it’s why the Kingswell Guarantee gets put in writing on every project. Four promises, every time. The team below is who you’ll actually work with.
Our People
Owen Satterfield, Owner
Owen founded the Riverside location in 2009 after years of watching window companies treat homeowners like invoice numbers. He’ll tell you the west light story if you ask: late-afternoon sun pouring through a good window has to be earned with a straight install, not a rushed one. Owen personally signs off on every written price before a job starts, and he still walks job sites when a project gets complicated. His dry take on Riverside summers: August is the best argument for Low-E glass he’s ever found. Owen is the person who answers the phone when you call late, because a live person should always be on the line.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has 14 years of window and door installation behind him, the last nine with Westlight here in Riverside. He is our in-house specialist for impact-rated PGT and CGI products, which matters for the wind and wildfire zones in the Inland Empire. Marcus can look at an existing frame and tell you in under a minute whether the rough opening is square before a single tool comes out. He lives in the Wood Streets neighborhood and is quietly obsessive about clean caulk lines. If you see someone on a ladder talking about reveal gaps like it’s a hobby, that’s Marcus.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana joined the team six years ago and runs most of our door installation projects, with a depth of experience on Therma-Tru entry systems. She is the one who confirms that the arrival window we gave you still holds, and she treats a clean job site as a finished product, not an afterthought. Dana can cap trim on a 1960s stucco home without making it look patched, which is a skill you only learn by doing it a few hundred times in an older city like Riverside. Her personal rule: if she wouldn’t accept the work in her own house, it isn’t done. She enforces it daily.
Elena V., Service Coordinator
Elena is the voice on the phone most weekday mornings, and she’s been with Westlight for four years. Her job is to make sure your written price arrives before any work starts, your arrival window is real, and your questions get answered by a human, not a recording. She knows all eight manufacturer lines we stock, from ECO Window Systems to ViewLux, so she can explain the honest difference between options without pushing you toward the expensive one. Elena has a habit of writing down every detail twice, which means the crew shows up knowing exactly what you discussed. She also keeps a running list of the best Riverside neighborhoods for morning light.
Chris B., Apprentice
Chris came on board two years ago after working residential framing in Moreno Valley, and he is earning his position the old-fashioned way: carrying heavy sashes, learning cuts from Marcus, and learning what ‘right’ means from Dana. His specialty right now is window prep and site protection, which means your floors and landscaping stay covered. Chris grew up in Riverside and passed through Poly High, and he says he joined Westlight because he wanted to learn from people who actually fix mistakes instead of hiding them. He’s already been through the background check and wears the same uniform as everyone else on the job.
One Standard, Every Job
The Kingswell Way is five things, and we name them out loud because they’re written down: say the price before the work, show up in the window we gave, leave the place cleaner than we found it, put the guarantee in writing, and come back if it fails. Every person listed on this page is expected to deliver that, from Owen signing the written price to Chris sweeping the driveway at the end. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is the backstop: if the work is not right within the guarantee period, Westlight comes back and fixes it at no charge. And if a repair fails, the second visit is free automatically, no negotiating required. That’s the standard, and the team you meet above is the reason we can offer it in writing. Call (760) 624-3669 to schedule a free estimate, and you’ll get a real person on the phone.
